We recently had a rug that we purchased in Morocco a few years ago serviced by Shenasi Carpet.  It needed to be cleaned, a corner repaired and an edge sewn to tighten it and minimize tassel fraying.  The staff seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the cleaning and repair process that was needed.  Their explanation gave us the confidence in their expertise.  They provided us with a very reasonable quotation and an estimate for its completion. Right on time, we received a call stated that the work was completed.  The rug was picked up the next day.  The work was completed as promised and for the price as quoted.  We are totally satisfied with the work done and we are proud of the rug, a beautiful reminder of a great vacation. We took a carpet to Shenasi.  The people were wonderful and really cared about their business and the quality of work they perform.  We had a carpet cleaned and new hand sewn fringes put on.
